Case 1: Establishing Cooperation Between the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cork Chamber of Commerce
Client: Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Cork Chamber of Commerce
Task: To facilitate the establishment of business contacts between Ukrainian and Irish enterprises, promote experience exchange, and develop bilateral trade relations
Solution by Hibernian Group:
1. Organizing an online meeting between representatives of the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Cork Chamber of Commerce, the Ukrainian Women’s Business Chamber, and other interested parties
2. Moderating a discussion on the business climate in Ukraine, operating a business during the war, and support measures for entrepreneurs
3. Presenting the "Hibernian Group" as a platform for developing Ukrainian-Irish relations and inviting collaboration
4. Initiating the development of a roadmap for cooperation involving the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cork Chamber of Commerce, Hibernian Group, the Embassy of Ukraine in Ireland, and the Embassy of Ireland in Ukraine
Result: Direct contact was established between the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Cork Chamber of Commerce. An agreement was reached on further collaboration and joint initiatives. The Hibernian Group received support from both chambers and expanded its network of contacts
